It has been more than 25 years since Qingquan began to publish the Chinese version of Saint Josemaría's works in 1997. Almost all of his works have been translated into Chinese, and there are also some works of other authors. Qingquan also published some children's books. The release of these Chinese editions has won the love of readers in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

We began our publications in 1997 with the writings of St Josemaría Escrivá. More than 25 years have since passed and almost all his books have been translated into Chinese, plus a few other authors. Spring has also published a few books for children. The res ponses To these Chinese publications from readers in China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan have been most encouraging.

The naming of Qingquan
Origin of the name “Spring”

There are three reasons for the name of Qingquan. The clear spring is the beginning of the continuous gushing water, which gradually flows into the big river. Secondly, Qingquan refers to the new growing season, which symbolizes life and is full of hope. Finally, a coil of metal that springs back to its original shape after being compressed is also called a spring.

Born from the ground, the endless water source gradually converges into a big river. This symbolizes the Chinese proverb "clear springs drown muddy waters", and it also coincides with St. Josemaría's frequent advice that "goodness drowns evil".
