This book aims to explain to students and future legal professionals the fundamental lines of the declarative process of canonical marriage annulment. In other words, its aim is to provide students and coordinators or those in charge of practical classes in law faculties with teaching material that, on the one hand, offers them a quick reference text that provides them with an introductory, rigorous, concise and practical knowledge of the ordinary process of canonical marriage annulment, and on the other hand, it allows the teacher to explain - without renouncing the rigour of the subject, but with the brevity required by the limited amount of time dedicated to it in our syllabuses - the fundamental features of this process, offering a synthetic description, as didactic and practical as possible, of each of the phases of its development.

In addition, fifty procedural forms are made available to the reader, with the aim of facilitating the handling of canonical procedural practice.

Javier Escrivá Ivars (born 1955). Doctor in Law, in Canon Law, Lawyer and University Professor. Corresponding Academic of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation, Director of the Institute of Family Sciences and Director of the Master's Degree in Marriage and Family, he is also a Member of the Martín de Azpilcueta Institute; Member of the Steering Committee of the "Yearbook of Church History" and Member of the Steering Committee of the Consociatio Internationalis Studio luris Canonici Promo-vendo. Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Canon Law of the University of Navarra and the Università Degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata, he has been Editor-in-Chief of the journal "Persona y Derecho", Member of the Editorial Committee of Eunsa and lecturer at the Universities of Navarra, Autónoma de Madrid and Jaume I de Castellón. Since 1990, he has been Professor of Canon Law and State Ecclesiastical Law at the University of Valencia.
